iAir, Inc. is a new small business dedicated to providing quality and innovative HVAC service with a personal touch to Cary, Raleigh and all of western Wake County.  The business was founded on the fundamental that a customer deserves to be treated respectfully at a reasonable price rather than another business opportunity to make a profit.  Steve Stargardt, the founder and owner, has spent all of his working career in customer service field and has developed a passion for making the customer happy.  This is accomplished by building a partnership with the customer.  iAir, Inc. will learn the customer's needs, identify cost effective and energy efficient solutions and develop a plan with the customer.  We do not upsell equipment or services the customer does not want or need.  We listen with interest and offer several solutions to any one problem.  We are truely a customer satisfaction based organization in the business of residential and commercial indoor air comfort.



Heating and Air Conditioning System Repairs

We specialize in keeping your existing heating and air conditioning equipment operating at is original performance levels.  We know that most home and business owners are not prepared to upgrade their HVAC systems to todays more efficient equipment.  What they really want is their existing equipment to provide indoor comfort, period.  We arrive at a "broken" system, analyze the problem and offer a fixed rate repair cost.  There are no hidden "add on" charges.  The heating and air conditioning repair options are discussed with the customer.  We will be as technical as you like so you can understand the details of the problem or we can only discuss the "bottom line".  Occasionally, the cost of the HVAC system repair will exceed the value of the equipment and a customer may want to discuss replacement options.  We can provide that service also.

In the state of North Carolina it requires a Heating Contractor's license to replace a residential or commercial HVAC system.  The process is very complex and equipment options must be evaluated thoroughly to match the heat gains and loss for any one building.  We will perform heat load calculations for your home or business and then discuss with you several levels of equipment efficiency.  This is an extremely costly investment and if not engineered correctly can leave the customer with many hot or cold spots, high indoor humidity, high energy costs and premature equipment failure.
